Served as Crew Lead providing frontline IT support during campus events by coordinating technical setups and resolving hardware, software, and network issues under time pressure. Troubleshot and maintained IT and AV systems including workstations, capture devices, cameras, and switching equipment to ensure reliable operation with minimal downtime.
